With intention and purpose, our members continue to build a legacy of impact through innovative programming, meaningful partnerships, and dedicated leadership. We are committed to delivering high-quality, relevant, and sustainable service initiatives that uplift individuals, strengthen families, and support our community.

Under the leadership of our International President & CEO, Danette Anthony Reed, we are aligned with the international program theme Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood. Through five program targets and a signature initiative, we proudly advance Alpha Kappa Alpha’s mission by strengthening our sisterhood, empowering families, building economic wealth, enhancing the environment, and advocating for social justice.

As we look ahead, Sigma Xi Omega remains focused on expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and elevating our commitment to serve with excellence, anchored in the timeless values that have guided our Sorority for over a century.
